• Corporations:
  These entities are incorporated under a particular state’s law and authority. The ownership is confirmed by shares owned by shareholders called individuals. Shareholders select a board of directors, who employ managers to operate the business. It is also simpler to raise capital in this type of business.
• Limited Liability Company:
  Individuals within this organization are called members. These members are not personally responsible for the obligations of the entity. Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement are the document used for this type of business.
